 Board of Directors

Governance of AAOD is by a Board of Directors (limited to a maximum of nine) with the majority of directors being responsible persons as defined by the Australian Tax Office. It is preferred that half are based in the local Winton area and the other half from points around Australia. It is also desirable that Directors have expertise in marketing, project management, collection management or business finance. External advisory expertise is also sourced.
